Private Beach:

Our luscious, sandy beach is the largest white sanded beach on the strip. It is freshly raked and lined with beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Enclosed Veranda:

We have a lovely indoor veranda overlooking the beach with spectacular views through the bright and airy windows. It is available for personal use when open after breakfast and when not reserved for a private function.  After breakfast, unwind with a second cup of coffee, light read, cocktail, or game of cards.

Parking:

Parking is free but limited, so please plan accordingly in advance.

• One parking spot is allowed per guest room or suite.
• The private Beach House accommodates two vehicles
• The Yellowtail House accommodates up to four vehicles in the private driveway. The inn and beach are walking distance.

Please coordinate car pool options or Municipal Parking in advance. The hotel is not able to help find parking for additional vehicles.

Patio with Firepit:

Enjoy the cool evenings surrounded with your loved ones overlooking a cozy and warm fire. Our gas firepit on the patio outside of the lobby is complimentary to all guests.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is available during peak season from 5/1 through the weekend after Columbus Day Weekend. We begin your day with coffee, tea, and a full, hot breakfast that is Chef’s Choice. Each meal is unique, using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Guest Rooms: Patrons staying in the bed and breakfast portion of the inn will experience our breakfast on our lovely enclosed veranda overlooking our beach.

Suites & Houses: Suite and home rentals can add daily breakfast for an extra charge during the season. We request that guests staying in a suite or house make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Gas Grill:

There is a gas grill available for guests to use on the patio. Please clean after using.

Beach Yoga:

Yoga classes on the beach are offered to all guests every Saturday 8-9 AM EST during peak season. Equipment is provided. Weather permitting.

Ocean Views:

By the Sea Guests is beachfront, so it’s no surprise that all of our rooms either have an oceanfront room overlooking the beach directly, partial ocean views with side views of the ocean, or no ocean view.

Stairs Accessible:

All accommodations above ground level are accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator or luggage services available on-site. The room description will note which floor the room is on so we advise referring to this prior to booking.

Lobby & Concierge:

Our front desk will be happy to accommodate you with any concierge request, whether you’re looking for a nearby restaurant, bar, things to do, or nearby sites to explore, our staff will be available to help.

WIFI:

Free WIFI is complimentary to all guests and available in all accommodations and throughout the grounds.

Housekeeping:

All rooms are cleaned thoroughly in-between stays after checkout. Fresh towels are provided and beds are made with fresh linens and blankets. Extra pillows and blankets are in the closets.

Maid service is optional during peak season, May through October only. Hang the housekeeping card on the doorknob in the morning, so the housekeepers will enter the room, usually in the early or late afternoon.

Hair Dryers:

All accommodations have private bathrooms with hair dryers.

Cots, Cribs, and Pack N’ Plays:

Can be requested upon availability for an additional fee, depending on the room. Please reserve in advance.

Iron & Iron Board:

Can be requested upon availability and are complimentary.

Climate Control:

All rooms have self-controlled air conditioning and heat. Many rooms also have ceiling fans.

Laundry:

Laundry is available for all guests and is self-service and coin-operated.

ADA Compliance:

Suite 1B is our only ADA compliant accommodation.
